Privacy Policy

RipePrice does not require an account. The only personal information we collect through the site is your email address, and only if you sign up for our emails.

When you click a link to a store, that store (and its affiliate network) may set cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across websites. It records the pages viewed, the referring site (for example, whether a visit came from a search engine or an AI assistant), the country and the type of browser and device. We also record, without any personal details, which store a link-click went to (for example Amazon or eBay) and from which page. We use this only to see which guides are useful.

Email signup

If you sign up for emails, we collect your email address and the topics you choose. We use them only to send you the emails you asked for. We first send a confirmation email, and you are added to our list only after you click the link in it. An unconfirmed address is not saved.

Your email address and topics are stored with our email service provider, Resend, which processes them for us. We do not sell your email address. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and once you unsubscribe we stop emailing you. You can also ask us to delete your address from our list by contacting us.

Emails from us do not contain Amazon affiliate links. Links to stores in emails, if any, go through this site.

Questions about this policy: contact us.

Draft policy: have it reviewed before launch.
